To Draw the Streets of Tokyo

Shinagawa Ward has some precious monuments of the inhabitants, like h100 Scenes of Shinagawah, for example. This time we would like to spotlight more of its cultural resources, and, with a hope to make a new discovery of it, we will hold a sketch meeting inviting as many people as possible, not only from Shinagawa but from the outside of Shinagawa, to paint or draw the streets of Shinagawa and to make them the monument of their own. All the works will be, if the painters wish, exhibited together at the O Art museum.
